It contains the camera attitude value for pitch and roll as determined from the reduction of - - - horizon camera imagery. In addition, it contains a column of data, "scan rate," which notes the can-era lens rotational velocity. ' For convenienc?, the data have been arranged in 2 parts, Part I pertaining to the,fOiward camera unit, and H pertaining to the aft camera unit. Within each part the data have ' been arranged by photographic pass, and, within each pass, by frame number. Ascending (south-to-north) passes are suffixed With the letter "A" and descending (north-to-south) passes are suffixed with the letter "D." Some frames exposed by the forward and aft cameras do not have camera attitude data listed for them because ? there was no imagery to-reduce data using tke_horizon exposiges. ? Some aft camera frames have attitude data listed in -isolated groups. ThiSas because only the-aft camel-a-unit-was-operating dining these times. This-is known as a "monoscopic oper- ation." . Due to a lack- of stellar data (from which attitude data is usually derived) the accuracy and reliability of attitude published herein is less than on missions where the stellar/index camera systems were;employed. On the aft camera lists, where the letters "ND" appear, and where the forward camera was operating together with the aft camera, approximate values May be computed through the following procedure: 1.--;-Locdte? the forward camera frame with the time -Of exposure nearest to that of the 2. Algebraically add -29 degree 53 minute q to the listed forward pitch value and apply/ the result to the aft frame as its pitch value._ ' 3.
