This memorandum is. in response to your requirement dated 10 October 1963 which requests a re-evaluation of theodolite stations at certain specified-. aunch sites near San Cristobal, Cuba. 2. Study of applicable photography revealed the following. All azimuths are accurate to within a plus or minus of 5 degrees. 25X1A 25X1D ,k-a) At Pad 4 of San Cristobal Launch Site 1, the pad azimuth is degrees an& the azimuth fro$t the theodolite to the launch stand is 25X1 D (b) The azimuth of Pad 1 of San Cristobal Launch Site 2 is 25X1D degrees, however it was not possible to identify an associated theodolite station. (c) The azimuth of Pad 3 at San Cristobal Launch Site 2 is 25X1D degrees and the azimuth from the theodolite to the launch stand is 045 degrees. This theodolite station never progressed.farther than'an early stage of construction. (d) The azimuth of Pad 3 at San Cristobal Launch Site 3 is and the azimuth from-the theodolite to the launch stand is 25X1 D 3. All of the above angular measurements were double checked when found o XlD to be in agreement with those transmitted to your. office in Informal Report M/EB 84/63 dated7 March 1963. 25X1A 4.'
