1. This memorandum is in response to your requirement dated 11 September
1963; requesting a search for Soviet electronic vans in Cuba.
2. A?'thor-ough search of all applicable photography involving selected
areaa i Cuba was conducted as per requirement instructions. The search areas
--include4 23 SAM sites, six SAM.assembly.sites, four EW/GCI sites, three ports
