Research Institute (ARI), PERI-BR.
2. The package to ARI should include:
a. The Letter Request
b. The Statement of Work.
3. The Letter Request should specify that:
These funds are being transferred to ARI so that it can procure
formation of a Blue Ribbon Panel by the National Research Council of
the National Academy of Sciences. In accordance with Congressional
direction, this Blue Ribbon Panel will review an ongoing program which
Congress has asked be transferred from another government agency to
the CIA. The review will take place prior to transfer.
4. The Letter Request should be addressed to:
