The Joint Communications (JC) series wi. invol_ve the
interaction of our remote viewers acting as semi ?s as well as
receivers.
one remote viewer will be designated as the "spy ler" while the
remaining two viewers will be the designated receiver: of
information during a specific time window set ide for this
purpose. The time window will normally be from i t ! ') hrs to 1.045
Immediately following the session, the two rem: viewers who
acted as receivers will finalize their independent xmmaries with
supportive sketches.
The two remote viewers who acted as receivers wi.~ then compare
their composite fi.ndings and agree upon a prioriti id listing of
key responses to the target.
in all instances, the remote viewers acting as ?ceivers must
address the most significant target aspects. ese will be
identified as a_distinct and separate entry in the mmary.
Immediately following the session, the sender w:iI also prepare
a :short summary of his "sending" activities that wil efl_ect areas
of concentration including the feeling/sensation; ound aspect
associated with the target.
After the four targets in this phase are complet, a target-RV
:script_/sketch judging procedure will occur. All fot7 targets will
be placed in random order and analysts will attemp to identify
their proper order based on the RV data. This is nnilar to the
procedure used in the December 1992 communication e~~riment..
Important Note: The sender(s) cannot discuss th, _arget until
after the judging process is completed. The two re: vers cannot
discuss their data with anyone else until after the ju) (ling process
i :s completed.
