and building foundations. _ The locations of the facilities are as follows : Two nm

stallation), seven nm west-northwest of Nizhnaya Tura at 58?40'N/59?38'E

Five SAM support facilities under construction have been identified on
covering the Ural Mountains area, USSR. Facilities of
this type were first identified on covering the Volga

57?52'N/60?03'E, four rim south-southwest of Chelyabinsk at 55?04'N/
61?23'E, four nm south of Magnitogorsk at 53?20'N/590041E.
Each of the five support facilities is located within a SAM defended
area 2/ and near an antiaircraft garrison containing possible SAM trans-
porters. 3/ Since the support facilities are under construction, the nearby
garrisons are probably utilized for temporary SAM transporter storage.
