(a) Target is associated with middle east:
- Target area includes buildings, hills,
dunes.
- Site uses general camouflage techniques.
- Something is hidden/stored in the dunes
that is intended for release.
- Guns may be present, and may have recently
fired.
- Area may have a loading/staging role
(equipment may involve planes, trucks).
- Area may also have a role in people
retention or capturing, possibly torture, and
in money transfer.
(b) Overall activity at area associated with
planning actions for structuring/restructuring,
and for movement of troops to boundary areas.
Future armament limitations may also be part of
planning considerations.
(c) A leader may be present at site for planning
future actions.

type of shooting or firing).
o Containers are (or will be) placed
near hills at perimeter of country.

link or network with (or to) a tunnel-associated
