Approved For Release 2000/08/09 : CIA-RDP96-00789R003600280001-2 Project: 91001 Date: 910107 Time: 0955-1030 Viewer: 018 Session: 01 Monitor: 049 SUMMARY OF INFORMATION: TASKING: "Describe activities associated with the target." RESULTS: 1. First impressions of the site indicated nighttime in a quiet, open place covered in a greyish mist with a very slight motor-oil smell. The site contains at least two manmade objects. One object is large, heavy, cold, solid, and metallic. The other object is hollow, cloth-like, and gives when touched. One person was detected, a black male, lying face down, moving slowly, presumably asleep. No other activity was detected. Moving to a time of "target activity" (unspecified.whether past or future to the other impressions), nighttime was again indicated. A male was detected inside a soft structure which had one open side covered with mesh. As he was talking with other people around him, the group slowly became aware of a growing high-pitched sound which appeared to be coming from the east. A sudden awareness of the meaning and implications of this sound was followed by a frantic surge of activity as a scramble took place for what appeared to be equipment. There was a sudden end to the activity, after which only the grey mist and quietness were once again detected.
