The Minsk Probable Long Range SAM (PLRS) Launch Complex is located 2 25X1 D
nautical miles (nm) SW of Minsk, USSR, and 5.5 nm SSE of Dzerzhinsk, USS".
The complex can be negated on KEYHOLE photography of
I3nd was first observed and identified on 25X1 D
Since that time the complex has been covered twice by small-sc le
KEYHOLE photography, with the latest coverage coming on 25X1 D
Presently the secured complex is in an early to midstage of con-
struction, and consists of 3 launch sites, and a tracking/guidance facilt:
The launch site configuration and layout is similar to the PLRS launch
complexes at Kalinin and Pereslavl-Zalesskiy, USSR.
The complex orientation is approximately
