Kiyev Probable Long Range SAM Launch Complex is at 50-14N 030-05E,
approximately 19 nm SW of Kiyev, USSR. The complex is oriented. on an
azimuth of 230 d.egrees and. is at an elevation of approximately 600 feet.

The complex consists of 3 launch sites (A, B, and. C), a support
facility, a missile-hand.ling facility, and. a tracking/guidance facility.
An air warning radar facility is under construction approximately 2.5 nm
ENE of the complex.
Track bed.s at the launch positions of Sites A and. C and. launch points
at all launch positions are under construction.
At least 6 buildings are und.er construction in the support facility.
The missile-handling facility consists of a parallel road. system and.
the possible construction sites of the missile assembly/checkout buildings.
The possible site-for the construction of a missile/missile component
storage building is north of this facility.
Construction of 3 radar mounds and. the complex control center is under-
way at the tracking/guidance facility.
