Summary of Information
Vessel seems to be a small to medium motor ship of some
type. It is some sort of working vessel, rather than a pleasure
ihere are booms and maGts, and a large array of cables
moving past each other diagonally, together with much deck
clutter and machinery. There are at least two section5to the
superstructure, one apparently atop the other, and roof lines and
dividing lines between superstructure layers curve inward, like
some sort of combing. There are several round portholes in the,
upper section of the superstructure. Superstructure is
predomnantly white or very light in color. ( pale yellow color
is also present.
A cue of "contraband" brought the impression of two types
one is grey green, musty, leafy, with a flat, dry, choking sort
of taste (4;uggeliiAinc.), of course, marijuana); the other is lumpy,
hard, and crumbly, crystalline, and white, reminiscent of hard,
lumpy sugar or salt where quantities of small, damp crystals have
lumped together & dried that way. It has a caustic taste, smell
& feel, and is sharp and bitter. .The grey-green stuff appears to
be enclosed in more or less loose oblong brick shaped portions
and wrapped individually in a shiny, grey translucent plastic
material. The white stuff is in large, heavy-duty plastic

1. :1. inside stiff-walled containers that SPVM tO be
rounded, suggesting large cardboard drums or barrels. Large,
stiff boxes may be used as well, though that seems less certain.
Material in question is being carried in what seems to be the
regular "hold" of the vessel(see sketch, p. 8a), and there is a
sense that access to this area is from above. The people
involved do not intend any serious attempt to hide or secrete the
materialr, they have the attitude that if they are stopped, the
stuff will be found no matter what, so why bother. Material is,
however, stowed in "lots" of up to perhaps a few hundred pounds
interspersed with other objects and cargo. These other articles
seem to be rrates, boxes, etc., though there is one tarp-covered
object that has rounded areas, is smooth, shiny, metallic, with
glass pot -Lions? suggestive of an automobile. The hold area is
not completely full- --the whole floor area seems more or less
covered, but the cargo extends only about half-way up the sides.
