SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
The activity is a ceremony wherein people congregate for a
demonstration to reach the immediate public. A well
_telecommunicated response will be included. Circumstances
warrant a removal or cancelling of an energy circulating object
which is engineered for travel. The object has circular beams,
