1. (S/NF'/SK) MISSION: Determine the present location of LTC Higgins.
2, {S/NF/SK) VIEWER TASKING: The monitor employed an unorthodox
approach to the search for Higgins; no specific strategy was outlined
{the well-worn ones had already been exhausted in earlier sessions).
003 was instructed simply to lean upon faith and the signal line and
to begin objectifying data in a Stage 4 matrix. No maps or other
devices/aids were available to the viewer during the session.
003 began describing an area and people. The monitor directed a
search for water and a nearby structure or place of significance to
the villagers.

3. (S/NF/SK) COMMENTS: The sketches on p.-3a/ are undoubtedly of
the reservoir/dam named Buh r t al Qir'a (kilometers?) in the
direction indicated s v 1 age, sketched on p.5a. The significant
structure is sketch~~~sp.4 {corn~are viewer 011's drawing),
Map analysis would indicate that Higgins location is in the general
vicinity of HILL 2018 {85 degrees 30 minutes E/33 degrees 27 degrees

The area, is too homogeneous for the viewer to derive a mox^e accurate
fix using terrain or structure reference points.
