1. (S/NF/SK) MISSION:
a. To access and describe the target structure at
encrypted coordinates 913801/893723, along with its
surroundings.
b. To describe the purpose and use of items of significant
intelligence interest found in the structure.
2. (S/NF/SK) VIEWER TASKING: Same as 1., above.
3. (S/NF/SK) COMMENTS:
a. Inclemencies: none
b. Viewer 079 exhibited signs of being in a very light
altered state throughout most of the session, rarely getting into
a deeper state. Sentences tended to be full and voice was strong
(indicating that access to site was probably weak).
c. From descriptions of structures provided by Viewer 079,
it seems that she did not zero in on the tasked target structure
until almost the end of the session. The bulk of the descriptors
did not appear to match the targeted structure, but were possibly
of nearby structures. Near the end of the session she was
instructed to move away from her location, describe another, then
told to move back to the tasked location. The EEI which
developed as a result of this move seemed to be more consistent
with the tasked target. Tb4 _._s.e.ss on_s_?ems to have served the
purpose of "zeroing in,`:,. The next session will begin with
concentration on this, new structure.

ONCE INSIDE THE STRUCTURE, I COULD SEE THAT THE LIGHTS WERE

THE STRUCTURE HAD A HOLLOW FEELING. THE STRUCTURE WAS NOISY DUE:
TO A LOT OF' MACHINERY. I COULD SEE F''E::OPL.E WALK:I:NG AROUND WITH
PAPERS THAT LOOKED LIKE REPORTS.
THERE WAS A CIVILIAN/MILITARY FEELING TO THE STRUCTURE. IN
CERTAIN PARTS OF THE STRUCTURE, IT WAS FORMAL.. BUT :r. N OTHER F'AR....
OF THE STRUCTURE, THERE WAS AN INFORMAi..,. FEELING. I FELT THAI''
THERE WERE MANY DIVISIONS AND LAYERS HERE.
I WAS IN ONE AREA THAT WAS ON A LOWER FLOOR AND THIS OFFICE

HAD SQUARE CORNERS BUT WAS CIRCULAR IN SHAPE. THERE WERE MEN
WORKING HERE WITH MACHINERY. TI"'lE MILITARY WERE DRESSED
INFORMALLY HERE. THE MEN WERE WORKING WITH TELETYPING,
TELECOMMUNICATIONS, OR TELEMETRY. THE MEN WERE CONCERNED WITH
KEEPING TIME AND WERE: WORKING WITH TIME CONSTRAINTS AND THEY WERE
WORKING WITHIN BOUNDARIES AND LIMITS. I THEN HAD THE IMPRESSION
THAT THE MEN WERE LOOKING THROUGH THE C:IE aE:CTS AND I: THEN RECEIVED
THE IMPRESSION OF RADAR. SOME MEN WERE LOGGING I N TIME AND OTHER
MEN WERE WATCHING OR OBSERVING. I COULD SEE GRAPHICS SIGNIFYING
DISTANCES. THESE MEN WERE WORKING WITH RAW DATA. THEY WERE
RECEIVING MUCH INFORMATION BUT THEY WERE NOT ANALYZING T'-IE.
INFORMATION. :I FELT THERE WERE A L._O..T.. OF DIFFERENT NETWORKS HERE.
IT WAS AT THIS POINT THAT I FELT THAT THERE WERE TWO COUNTRIES
HERE WORKING TOGETHER. ONE COUNTRY WAS EUROPEAN. I FELT THAT
ONE COUNTRY ACTED AS HOST AND THE OTHER COUNTRY WAS CO-HOST.
IN ANOTHER AREA, I COULD SEE: A MAN STANDING BEHIND A VERY
LONG TABLE THAT HAD A VERY LARGE SHEET OF WHITE PAPER ON IT. HE
WAS POINTING TO THE PAPER AND TALKING AND SPEAKING ABOUT THE
PAPER TO A GROUP OF MEN IN HIS OFFICE.,
ONCE I WAS BACK OUTSIDE. OF THE STRUCTURE, I COULD SEE TO MY
LEFT A LOT OF SMALL SQUARE STRUCTURES THAT WERE -ADJUNCT- TO THE
ROUND BALL. THERE STRUCTURES WERE HERE IN SUPPORT OF THE
STRUCTURE OR ROUND BALL.
ONCE DURING THE SESSION, I RECEIVED THE WORD "OCEAN.''
