PROJECT SUN STREAK (U)
WARNING NOTICE: INTELLIGENCE SOURCES AND METHODS INVOLVED
PROJECT NUMBER: 8806 SESSION NUMBER: 1
DATE OF SESSION: 16 FEB 88 DATE OF REPORT: 16 FEB 88
START: 1319 END: 1420
METHODOLOGY: CRV VIEWER IDENTIFIER: 003
1. (S/NF/SK) MISSION: See tasking data sheet, attached.
2. (S/NF/SK) VIEWER TASKING: The entire session was conducted
utilizing Stage 6 tools in conjunction with a map of Lebanon
(supplied). The session was conducted in four parts:
1) Using the horse racing track (335245N/353045E) as a reference
point, 003 determined the direction to Terry Waite-present location.
(see diagram labeled p.2a). 003 perceived the location to be in a
southwest direction from the track.
2) Next, using the athletic field (335230N/352955E) as a
reference point, 003 again attempted to determine direction to the
target; results indicated a SSE direction (p.2b).
3) 003 was then instructed to locate and describe a landmark
structure close to the target, and then to sketch the site with both
the landmark and the target building in the sketch.
4) 003 next turned attention fully to a perception/description
of the target structure (see summary). 003 places this somewhere in
the vicinity of 335230N/353020E.
3. (S/NF/SK) COMMENTS: It is interesting to note that both 003 and
011 (on 5 Feb 88, target #5056) describe the target person "sitting,
with head in hands". Also, although 003 places the target in a
different part of the city (using Stage 6 tools), all other data
matches that supplied by at least two other viewers (011 and 095)
working against this same target (#5056/8806).

Initial site impressions involve a built up area with a
specific structure that is white, masonry in construction, two
floors above ground, with a .:courtyard sort of area to the side
which itself is bounded on the opposite side by another
structure. The structure of interest has what seems to be a red
or reddish brown t.'urved-tile roof which is close to being flat.
In front of the structure, which further has the sense of having
origSi. nally been intended as a resddence, is a narrow street or
alley, with "like" t-obblestone paving. Structures across the
street and on either side abut or are contiguous one with
another. Inside the structure of interest it is dirty and
virtually empty of furniture. There are stairs to the second
floor. On the second floor are tWo to three rooms and an open
area In one of the rooms are at least two people, may one or
two more one at least 1 s gen==f42:2aft277rri'-rit"g7rilataj.,:Zi4 There

located in a place that is not where one would reasonably expect
it to be not where interested parties would be likely to search
for it.
