2. (a/NE) Remote viewers describe the target personality as a
generally short, thin, and somewhat testy, mid--level manager involved
in a field of communications and communication devices. The target
personality appears to be responsible for some form of advancement
described as a filetering and refinement process in the field of
communication
3. (S/N1=) OPS COMMENTS: Correlation between the efforts of Viewer
025 and Viewer" 079 is apparent. The sketches submitted by Viewer 049
could not be interpreted; however they are attached to 049's summary
as possibly pertinent to the overall project effort.
