(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) The Special Activity Report is part of
on-going taskings in response to a request from Joint Task Force
Five (JTF-5) in Alameda, California. The data provided in this
report will be used by the J22 division in their assessment
effort regarding their counterdrug mission. The information
provided in this report was generated by PAG-TA employing remote
viewing (RV) methodologies.

forwarded to JTF-5 by secure fax on 19 July 1994. The JTF-5
evaluation feedback is at Appendix B.
(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) The methodology used in this activity is
exploratory. Results should not be considered as stand-alone;
but used or evaluated in conjunction with other proven data
sources (HUMINT, SIGINT, IMAGERY, OPEN SOURCE, and/or MASINT).
Generic data (e.g., general shapes) are more reliable than
specific data (e.g. dimensions, names).

DATA SUMMARIES
(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Following are the perceived highlights
from each source.
- (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Source A: SG1A
-- The target is Islamic based on
his name and he takes re igion serious y. He is in direct
communication with or a member of an organization which is known
for illegal dealings. He is dark, of medium frame and has been
involved in smuggling in the past. He prides himself an
independent operator, but his role is really only one of a middle
man who does not make all the decisions. He works for at least
two other men who are part of a group or small it
organization that are more powerful than himself.
SG1A is strong and not limited on the extent he
unlawfully in order to carry out a job. He is currently unarmed
and has been involved in trafficking.
- (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Source B:
The target individual is tall with a fair complexion.
He is well educated and has been associated with the then Soviets
in the past. He is very manipulative and coerces others
continually. He is also bad tempered and extremely sure of
himself.
He was either trained by the Soviets or has an expert
understanding of a type of Soviet technology. I see him
associated with water and electrical devices.
-- He is interested in or associated with small round and
square objects which are wrapped with a frosted material like
heavy waxed paper.

former monarchy.

-- Target is a personality who could be Middle-Eastern in
heritage. Target personality can be considered a successful man
with a good education behind him. Target personality travels a
lot. This is due to his job. Target personality works in the
line of communications. Target personality has many secrets and
his work may be considered secretive. He is a quiet man who
reads a lot. There are many people around him who could be
protecting him. I don't see a family around him. He can be
considered a leader.
