The target site has a big, tall and thin, almost pyramid type
shaped structure. It is off-white in color and situated on open
grass land. Lights are present. Black asphalt and concrete can be
found around the base as walkways for people. There is a small
water body nearby where there are swans or ducks swimming. This
site is recreational for people and yet is a historical landmark.
The target is located in the cultural seat of the city, which has
fine architecture and well kept vegetation. This site is
entertaining for people in that they come to see, visit, and tour
a historical heritage and the things erected in people's honor.
Food and entertainment are available in the area. Colored
fountains or fireworks are at times displayed around the site. The
target site draws large numbers of people and tourists.
