(U) PREFACE:
(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) The Special Activity Report is the ninth
in a series of reports which provides data in response to a
request from Joint Task Force Five (JTF-5) in Alameda,
California. The data provided in this report will be used by the
J22 division in their assessment effort regarding their
counterdrug mission. The information provided in this report was
generated by PAG-TA employing remote viewing (RV) methodologies.
(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) The data provided in this report is the
ninth in a series of taskings. This project concentrated on the
target The results were forwarded to JTF-5 by
secure fax on 2 May 1994. To date evaluation feedback from JTF-5
has not been received.
(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) The methodology used in this activity is
exploratory. Results should not be considered as stand-alone;
but used or evaluated in conjunction with other proven data
sources (HUMINT, SIGINT, IMAGERY, OPEN SOURCE, and/or MASINT).
Generic data (e.g., general shapes) are more reliable than
specific data (e.g. dimensions, names).

(U) DATA SUMMARIES:
(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Following are the perceived highlights
from each source.
- (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Source A:

-- The target is associated with a red
soiled rocky geographica oca ion. This area in terms of
climate can be very hot. A young man is associated with this
tasking who has dirty blond or light brown straight short hair,
light eyes, and may wear gold framed glasses. Planes fly over
this location. There is a facility in the area or concrete
structure which has to do with electronics. Some type of radio
or electrical tower is in the vicinity. Weather conditions, some
type of sky activity, or signals are received near this location.
SG1r
The target is associated with a place
where people meet nea high ground and is California related.
Contraband or'drugs are shipped/dropped in relation to this
location. A male individual is involved in the exchange for
profit and is a good source. A ring operated from here and is
expanding in the way of people. The name "Sam" may be relevant.
This group has gotten away with a fast track activity in the
past. There is some travel by land near the coast where
contraband is sometimes received. There may be some activity
next month that is not coming inland, but traveling outward from
the land or harbor. A connection with vessels, shipping
merchants, freights, or freighters may be made.
-- By June, something, possibility a vessel, will be sent
out across water in a southern direction for return of illegal
cargo to the United States. This activity will be finalized in
the June time frame.
