procedures for the units transition from a Special Access
Program-(SAP) to a Limited Dissemination (LIMDIS) status

visiting the office on two separate occasions, discussing
which security requirements were and were not applicable to
this project, providing debriefing certificates,

dissemination procedures are relative new and not readily
available in security regulations. = F M handled
every matter efficiently and in a very rien y and
cooperative manner. She is a valuable member of your
office and a credit to the Defense Intelligence Agency.
