Arms Plant No 9, apjaearing on h.otogra.phy, is within a fenced industrial compound which also contains E Sverdlovsk Heavy Equipment Plant, Uralmash, Ordzhonikidze, located in the h ea.,vily industrialized north-central portion of Sverdlovsk, USSR (see Figure 1).
