- Per NMIPC (P-AS1) our authorized strength remains at
11 with seven personnel assigned.

- Roof/external repairs to Building 2845 completed.
Inside repairs are almost completed. We expect to move
to our new facility in early Jan 95.
- 21 Nov 94: attended the supervisor briefing
on the new performance planning and appraisal system.
Personnel briefed on 22 Dec 94.
3. (U) Training:
- 1995 DIA training catalogs provided to all personnel.
All personnel reminded of importance for signing up for
training courses to enhance their marketability for
positions within the NMIPC and other DIA elements.

- None.
5. (U) Transportation/Logistics:
-- Nov 94 mileage report forwarded to DAL-2 on
5 Dec 94.

6. (S/NF/WN/SG/LIMDIS) Operations:
- To date, we have completed six projects in support of
PAN/PAG. Additional requirements from PAG-1 are
anticipated.

~- Four projects were conducted in support of Joint
Interagency Task Force-West (formerly JTF-5)
requirements. Since 3 Mar 94 we have completed 33
projects.
~- Four projects were conducted in support of Joint
Interagency Task Force-East (formerly JTF-4)
requirements. To date we have completed eight projects.
- Software and the optical disk drive for our foreign data
base management system installed. We are awaiting for
the contractor to install the program that will preclude
the data to be stored on the hard disk drive.
- 4 Nov 94: Meeting held at our facility with the DIA
reps to Joint Interagency Task Force - East (formerly
JTF-4) and the DIA rep to ONI. As a result we were
invited to ONI to brief on our operational capabilities
SG1J to support their counterdrug/non-proliferation effort.
SG1J _ g Nov 94: chaired the STIC-C meeting. Dr.
AG, briefed on value of open source
supporting HUMINT. Briefing well received. Meeting
results forwarded to. STIC/STIC reps and to Chief, PAG.
