The target sounds muslim and is more than
likely of middle eastern descent. He is dark, wears sunglasses and
may have a beard. This man is a traveler. He prefers airport
travel and rarely travels alone. He is a wanted man and is relied
upon for deliveries. I see him associated with a large modern
black czar with others of like kind. He is also familiar with
devices because I see him screwing something in or down and is
aware of political circumstances. He has a family and at least one
baby. I feel this man's endeavors have been stopped, blocked or
controlled recently.

Vieraer's Estimate
The target is known by at least two other names and has fake
creds with which he uses to travel with. His is associated with
explosives and his personal history involves the use and/or
training in the use thereof. This aspect of his character is
little known. There is another aspect for which the customer is
interested.
I sense that the target has a natural ability to take things
apart and reconstruct them; be it a watch, a computer or a lawn
mower for that matter.
I :aee a moderately tall individual who is pudgy; however, his
physical appearance can change very frequently - like month to
month for example. He has a fondness for western "fast food" to
the point of bingeing.
He spent alot of his child hood in an area where alot of
nomadic type activity occurs; Bedouin, for example. His family was
comfortable but not well-off enough to move into a city.
He has been involved with translation for a large company;
maybe banking, securities - something associated with finances. He
is currently working "free lance"; that is, almost a consultant
type basis. This fits his political agenda very well.

I feel that he has recently been in Kuwait or The Gulf
Emirate:a with a stop over in a central European city. He is
targeting a company in the U.S.; large, with initials for a name,
and involved with a large, bti~` very specific, government contract.
I also sense ties with eastern Lebanon; like an association
with a training facility there. Somehow he has been indirectly on
the fringes of the ABU NIDAL network.
He is a rather nondescript individual who knows several
languageas. He is also thinning on top or else he uses alot of hair
stuff to slick his hair down.
