PURPOSE: To request SV-4B authorization to handcarry SECRET material aboard aircraft by SG1J 2. DISCUSSION: a. will be presenting briefings to JTF6 on 16 September 1994, JTF4 on 19 September 1994, SOCOM and CENTCOM on 21 September 1994. Material will be couriered to and from these commands. Late approval to attend and preparation of briefing materials precluded the use of the DEFCOS system due to time constraints. Material will be returned by the DEFCOS system. b. Flight Information: Depart BWI airport on 12 Sep 1994 aboard USAir Flight to Pittsburgh, PA, transfer to USAir Flight 717 to Dayton, Ohio to arrive at 1810. Depart Dayton, Ohio on 15 Sep 1994 aboard American Flight 4052 to Chicago, Illinois, transfer to American Flight 1681 to El Paso, Texas, to arrive at 1400. Depart 17 September 1994 aboard Delta Flight 834 to Miami, Florida, transfer to Airways International Flight 61 to Key West, Depart Key West, Florida on Florida, to arrive at 1930. . 20 September 1994 aboard Delta Flight 3434 to arrive in Tampa, Florida at 1255. Depart Tampa, Florida on 22 September 1994 aboard USAir Flight 2271 to arrive at BWI at 1240. c. Necessary arrangement to appropriately store all classified materials upon arrival have been made.
