Viewer's Estimate
Evaluator's Estimate :
E. SESSION SUMMARY: Viewer's Note: I had an Advanced Visual
(AV) of a Carrier Group exercise.
The targeted scheduled activities revolve around a ship-based
or naval-based exercise. My sense is that a new organization or
unit will be involved. It will be a new operation for the
country(ies) involved. The activity is definitely associated with
water.
The location of this operation is the northern Indian Ocean,
probably the Arabian Sea area. It will take place in an area which
is characteristically shallow and where the ocean surface is
generally smooth.
I really sense that the purpose of this activity is to test
some new equipment, assets or technology. It has to do with
launching or releasing a smaller vessel from beneath a larger one;
the pursuit of, and eventual attachment of a small object onto,
larger vessels by this smaller vessel; and the sense that when
these larger vessels pass through a subsurface "beam" of sorts,
this beam in turn triggers or otherwise affects the small object
attached to the ship.
Other concepts include:
1) A winged-shaped object which feels as if it literally
slides or slices between water molecules rather than "pushing"
itself through the water. It appears "dark and sinister" and has a
"stealthy" concept associated with it. It can travel in shallow
water. Pointed and backward slanting projections angling up from
its upper surface each produce a constant stream of bubbles. This

somehow is associated with its camouflaging capability and/or
propulsion system.
2) A large vessel appears as if its entire bottom drops downs
and opens up. It then discharges a smaller object or vessel, which
in turn slides easily out of the larger vessel. This smaller
vessel then slips in under larger vessels which it can pursue
undetected. I sense that the numerous streams of bubbles help to
facilitate this "anonymity". This smaller vessel can come and go
as it pleases; it can approach any object and get away before
detection.
3) There is an opening reminiscent of an "aperture" on one of
the vessels involved. I sense that it functions as a combination
coupling attachment/discharging device. Conceptually, it's as if
it can attach to something large, stay attached while discharging
a smaller object, this disengaging itself and escaping undetected.
4) (Viewer's Note: This one is really bizarre!!!) I sense
a yellowish "beam" which occurs 15' to 20' below, and running
parallel to, the water surface. It is a projected beam meant to be
crossed and broken by the bow/hull of a ship. When the ship passes
through this beam, the beam, in turn, triggers or otherwise affects
a small object which had been attached to the ship at an earlier
location. I sense that there is a great distance between the
"attachment point" and the "triggering or affect point".
5) The concept of a "pyramid-based code" or a "stepped-based
code" is associated with particularly the smaller, more agile
object/vessel.
Final Viewer's Note: Because of the bizarre nature of the
data I perceived, I have a feeling that thetasking and/or this
project is not completely clean.

Certain planned activities are scheduled for the April-May 95 time
frame. Shipments of drugs from Columbia to as far as Mexico will
be delivered. A drug cartel or organized smuggling group, headed
up by one powerful man in particular, is planning shipments of
narcotics. These shipments in the future will be made by air
flight utilizing planes and airfields. Drug drops are made from
above in six weeks from now for a sizeable profit.
