E. INFORMATION:
The target individual will continue his operations. The
illegal drug here is mostly cocaine. The cocaine is mostly
delievered by airplane. This individual and his operations have
had continous success. The airplane loads the cocaine onto other
planes and then drops off the cocaine to various parts in Mexico.
From Mexico, it comes into the United States via large delievery
trucks. The next operation will occur within the next several
weeks. November and December will be months of high activity for
drug trafficking.
