(Phase II)

from each source. Tasking given was: "Access and describe

-- is a powerful man. Where he
lives is designed/furnished in black and white on the interior to
include vertical blinds. There is a young woman around him who
is like family or is his daughter. She is hispanic in appearance
with long/brown hair. The name Teresa phonetically surfaced.
Money is sought for shipments of drugs by Miguel Rodriguez
Orejuel throughout the month of November. The Cali Cartel is
dangerous and will stop at nothing to achieve their ends.

-- Session 02: Too much noise and information coming in
at once. Concepts perceived were: 1) a mountain valley with
:heavily wooded side slopes; 2) a small two engine plane traveling
between a large jet-sized airport and a smaller cosmopolitan
landing strip; 3) large black duffle bags blatantly used to carry
contraband in; and 4) large bells reminiscent of church bells.
-- Session 03: This session was much less cacophonous
than the aforementioned. As outrageous as it may sound, an AV
(advanced visual) of the word SPAN was perceived.
-- The intended delivery is to be between 9 and 13
November 1994 (see previous session(s) concerning this project).

The intended delivery locations are either Monterrey or San Luis
Potosi. The facility at Durango has been chosen as a last minute
alternate location.
-- The illegal cargo will be stashed in an oddly-shaped
container (see sketch A(a)) which feels like it splits down the
middle. There is a refueling truck with a white and green logo
on its side (see sketch A(b)) at the landing location (within the
cargo carrier section of the airport). The name of the refueling
company has something to do with mountains.
-- The container will be removed unopened from the
aircraft and pulled to an isolated section of a large, open
building. There are 3 or 4 large aircraft stored in this
building. The container will be placed intact within a semi
trailer. It will be taken to a building that feels like an
auto/truck repair shop or an auto/truck parts warehouse.
However, contradictorily, this building has, or has had, an
association with musical instruments reminiscent of horns (bell-
shaped long tubes).
-- Within the vicinity of the container is an old car
i.e. a so called vintage- or classic-type auto. It is long and
shiny green. Also within the vicinity of the container are lots
of chemical smells and numerous containers of different appearing
(as well as smelling) liquids. These smells give me a headache
and are extremely nauseating.
-- The container will sit unopened for awhile within a
cluttered section of the building with little or no apparent
human activity. There has been a white substance either injected
or molded into portions of this container.
There is a mostly bald man with a huge mustache (see
sketch A(c)) receiving the container. He is standing there and
just looking at the container as if he were analyzing something.
-- There is definitely a death associated with this
particular shipment.

-- A name came up: Arturo Casavientes or Casevente. I
sense he is associated somehow with the warehouse in which the
container will be stored.
-- There is an explosion associated with this operation.
I sense that it has to do with a curved doorway or hatch cover
along a side or bottom curved surface of the aircraft. There
will be smoke and a fire.
-- There are 2 or 3 long, rectangular boxes sitting
within a room which is very cold and chilly. There is sort of a
frosted appearance with smoke or mist "puffing" out into the
room.
The concept of the "blue-black" eagle was also
perceived.

-- The target individual will continue his operations.
The illegal drug here is mostly cocaine. The cocaine is mostly
delivered by airplane. This individual and his operations have
had continuous success. The airplane loads the cocaine onto
other planes and then drops off the cocaine to various parts in
Mexico. From Mexico, it comes into the Untied States via large
delivery trucks. The next operation will occur within the next
several weeks. November and December will be months of high
activity for drug trafficking.
