could see whales moving through the water and space. This site has
to do with interplanetary and environmental issues. A type of
animal may be featured as a focus of concern. The letter S,tand the

nearest stellar neighbor,
Alpha Centauri, is a three-
star system, while Castor, in
the constellation Gemini,
must be counted as a trio of
double, or binary, stars
orbiting a common center.
When binary stars are
close enough to interact with
each other, they produce
some of the most explosive,
peculiar, and baffling events
yet observed.
