Summary of Information
The target consists of an area where there is a great
vertical distance between levels. It is rugged, old and primal.
There is an area of fast moving and turbulent water far below me.
It is peaceful with spectacular scenery and a sense of isolation.
There is a certain inaccessibility to this location. My view of
the target area is like that which a soaring bird would have.
There are dark vertical lines throughout the area as well as
"zig-zags".
Those individuals who frequent the area have an almost
religious respect for it; it has a certain sacredness to these
people. There is the concept of "top of the world" or "top of
the area" or something like that to this location.
There is a whitish/light blue mist or smoke throughout the
area as well as alot of browns, grays and greens. It is very
cold and the altitude is dizzying; it makes my ears pop and it is
hard to breathe.
The turbulent or mixing nature of the moving water has been
occurring for a long time shaping and reshaping the surroundings.
There is a rasping/flapping/flopping sound reminiscent of sandals
on a stone surface. There is an alignment of stone blocks.
There is a walkway located within the target area. it is
situated over a place of sharp, jagged features and moving
water. This walkway is reminiscent of a catwalk on top of a high
dam or canal locks.
There is a natural, living and dynamic aspect to the target;
living in the sense of a specific concentration or community of
living things and dynamic in the sense that the processes here
are ever changing and not stagnant.

SUBJECT: LDPS Project 92-3-L
1. All five sources agree on the presence of an evident land
and water interface that is associated with the target. Indeed
the emphasis was placed on the concept of "water" There were
.two principal concepts associated with the target. The first
appeared to deal with a structure whose shape appeared to be
cylindrical or oval. There appeared to be a historical and a
religious significance attached to the target structure. In a
second instance, the target was described as a airport. And
one viewer described the structure as a dam.
