E. SESSION SUMMARY:
The US marines in Somalia are having a hard time adjusting to
the conditions in that country. Somalia is very dismal and only
the internal government can change the conditions. The US marines
will continue to be observers however overall this is a no win
situation for the US. Somalia will have change by their own
country and things will get better within 9 months to a year.
Economic summits in Europe and the United States will be very
active within the next few months.
An insurgency will occur in Guatemala and this country will be
considered a hotspot. The Guatemalan president understands the
situation and has received much help from the US military in the
wasy of aircraft (cessnas) however the US equipment is considered
old. The situation in Guatemala will be much like the insurgency
in El Salvador.
An "Entebe" situation will occur in the Middle East with
Israelis attacking Palestines/Arabs. The attack will take place
in a territory phonetically described as "LUCEREN/LUZERNE." This
location may be in southern Lebanon.
The Chinese military system is building up and should be
monitored.
There may be flooding in a New Hampshire town. The word
"SWEATER, SWEETER" phonetically surfaced as to a location.
