This memo is a follow-up to earlier Congressional actions (ref 1.), and
provides additional detail on the enclosure regarding one aspect of our
interim response ref 2.). Information on the enclosure is required as
part of the FY 1992 CBJB submission and addresses SUN STREAK program
status and other program issues. Additional details-will be prepared for
a later report planned for ,submission along with foreign assessment
reports required by 29 April 1991.
