1. Reference is made to att .c ment "A" to the letter from 25
A51-66-3476, dated 2 February 1966, to OL/PD/954 Speed Letter, + , dated 25
25 February 1966, and to NPIC/P&DS reply dated 9 March 1966.
2. It is requested items 2 I S , on attachment be shipped to the

through 11 should be declared surplu ir.'i uisposed of through normal channels. The
GFE items (HTE-5 Processor and ABD-4 D~?iez' axe lso surplus and should a disposed

3. The remaining item, tle 'lea Room Complex, needs further discussion
regarding disposition. Cotraise, i. isposed of prior to June 1966, the
Government is required to p.' o; the restoration costs, 50% between June 1966
and December 1966, 25% :etwen December 1966 and June 1967, and none after June 1967.
It is recommended a solution e worked out between your office, the technical monitor,
and the contractor as to disf:o,,ition -ith the least cost to the Government, keepint.
