e.. Attached is the security plan for protection of Agency
facilities located in the area of the demonstration scheduled for
48 August 1963. It is contemplated that the plan will be put into
effect at 0830 hours on that date.
3. The security plan has been developed with the understanding
that on t8 must only a lirnited number of Agency personnel will
occupy the buildings in the area of the demonstration, and that the
Agency courier service will be curtailed substantially for the day.
