Photographs of both units were supplied to hirr~. The latter unit was
more compact and included features which wexe not originally part
of the contract. However, since the mechanical design was not frozen
at the time, we felt that we could incorporate these features at no addi-
tional cost to the contract.

This final report will contain all the requirements of Phase I.
Should Phase I be acceptable, the attached schedule will apply.
Also a monthly progress report in accordance with the contract will
be mailed the end of the last working day of e~.ch month.
If the evaluation should require less time than allowed by the contractor,
the delivery date can be pushed forward by an equal amount.
Should there be a need for clarification on the contents of this report or
additional information is required, please advise.
