1. The purpose of this memorandum is to alert NPIC Components
of both Contractor ' and NPIC responsibilities remaining under
he =Phase II contract for design of the II^.
2. The Statement of Work for Phase II can be logically pre-
r:,:"lted in two (2) parts :
a. In the first effort. was required to design an
T! IC Integrated Information System utilizing feedback from
NTPIC in the form of position papers on fifteen design study
tasks. The last three tasks in this series are currently
in--house and are expected to be completed during the week
of 31 July.
b. Upon the conclusion of Paragraph a. above,
