The company was, bought out last December by f 0u r men
who plan to revitalize it. The previous owner was
in ill health and his business had dropped off
considerably in the past f ew years, .
The Companies products were chiefly teleatry compon-
ents, transmitters, receiv,,ers, power supplies,
inverters, converters, electronic chassis and as*on-
consoles. They have quite a 11t of floor space and
equipment but time present staff is at a minimum*
and he is interested in con-
tinuingactivities in that field. He has brought in
a top engineer from

terpreters activities.
