In a recent discussion of the laser printer STATINTL
STATINTL between and me, it was concluded that the great potential
and high cost o the instrument warranted that it be given some special
attention. It seemed it would be appropriate to bring together some
high-powered talent to conduct an intensive review of the study phase.
The end of the study phase will be a critical juncture and a time of
decision. George seemed to feel that good technical assistance at that
point would be sound procedure. Enclosed are copies of a proposal to
provide that assistance.
If you decide to act on this proposal, we will immediately STATINTL

you their background resumes for approval. We also suggest you consider
