Due to extremely long delays in receipt of optical parts, delivery .has been
rescheduled to 14 May 1966.
Contingent upon receipt of the optical shoe, delivery may be delayed an
additional 2 weeks, to 28 May 1966.
Receipt of the optical shoe has become a critical event.
The read heads and cabinet have been received. Electrical assembly,
logic debugging, transport debugging, and optical assemblies No. 1 and
No. 2 have been started.
PLANS FOR NEXT PERIOD --
