1. (S/NF/SK) MISSION: To conduct a relaxation exercise that
teaches the viewer to put problems away in order to perform
in the extended remote viewing mode. This exercise is also
known as the Energy Conversion Box.
2. (S/NF/SK) VIEWER TASKING: To relax and to put all problems
and worries away and then to relax again and enjoy the
meditative state.
3. (S/NF/SK) COMMENTS: This was the viewer's second training
session in extended remote viewing. This exercise was
conducted in order that the viewer learn to keep problems and
worries out of the session in order that viewer may be able
to perform operationally in extended remote viewing.
