Feedback on JT4-0076-90 (24 July 90)
SG1A
OOB: (240939 JUL 90): The ship identified as' s a sleek, white, large
sailing vessel. Indications are that it is "self contained", in that, among other features, it
has a wind or other natural powered generator for keeping batteries up (does not depend
on gas power in any way). There is a name (NFI) on the side, just astern of midships,
and the rear e ship carries a name (name approximated from indistinct visual
appearance) . There appears to also
be an apparent conflict in the name, since the port of origin appears to be (approximated
from indistinct visual image) " bury, VT". The vessel is carrying cocaine, concealed
under the interior wooden flooring in the bow of the ship, on the left side (ballast on the
right side equalizes the weight). The concealment job is excellent, with no indications
that flooring boards have been tampered with.
