Feedback on JT4-078-90 (25 Jul 90)
00B: 251104 JUL 90 SG1A
The activity at involves a long, curving series of "structures" (buildings or
other "manmades"), lined up to the left of a loading/unloading area. The
loading/unloading area holds some sort of crane apparatus. The drug activity on or about
20 JUL 90 consisted of loading drugs into small vessels which then "ferried" them to a
larger vessel (NFl). This shipment may have been a partial shipment.
In a related activity (may not have been at the same port), a submarine made a
surface docking on or about 22 JUL 90 to deliver goods in the form of money, ancient
artifacts, and possibly some emerald jewelry.
There are indications that another part of the partial shipment will occur on 27 JUL
90 at the other port. This shipment should consist of approx. 1400 kilos of drugs. These
drugs will be in .a gooey, funny-smelling mixture with some other product (possibly similar
to frozen quava juice).
The related port appears to be eithe SG 1 A

Many vessels pass through this port including drug vessels. However, the
emphasis, as far as illegal activity is concerned, is on other forms of contraband.
Smuggling of items such as: jewelry, fire arms etc...can be found in bags aboard some
vessels. The purpose of this port is for working maintainance and it serves as a radio
active communication watch facility. From July 20th, thirteen vessels past port and have
successfully gone onward. Of these, two (a team) were drug related. In the future, there
will be 5 drug vessels which pass through this port by November of this year. A, basic
sketch of the port is attached.
OOD: 251355L
The port is long, coming to a point on one side and is more rounded on the other.
A curved, hard, grainy strip of cleared land comes off to one side of the port. On 20 Jul,
ther were two vessels in port carrying drugs. The drugs on both vessels appeared to be
marijuana. One of the vessels has a white hull and red superstructure, located
approximately amidship. The other vessel is dark blue. Something about this vessel is
rounded, curved and has grooves in it. It also has rows of little rounded bumps on the
side of the hull.
