time. It is traveling in a south-eastern direction with a probable destination of
13 25'N 81 20'W (Isla de Providencia).

Vessel located at 1845N 8410W, heading north, and carrying cocaine. Bound for
Florida.

contraband on board but has a sheet metal lined compartment covered by floorboards
in which to stow drugs. Both cocaine and marijuana have been carried in this
