E. SESSION SUMMARY:
The illegal cargo is densely packed within oblong shaped
packages. The uniformity of the packages has been caused by
pressing the substance into a form or mold. These packages are 20-
24" long x 8-10" wide x 4" thick. Each package is wrapped with a
bluish colored heavy wrapping. Several of these packages are then
bundled together with an equally heavy wrapping. These bundles are
then densely packed within portions of the hidden sub-deck
compartment. There is a certain "overwhelming" aspect to this
situation.
Elsewhere, there are L-shaped, tube-shaped objects associated
with the cargo. There is a bulge in the venting system which feels
important. Individuals can be seen winding down through three
levels or layers.
The hidden compartment containing the illegal cargo is
detailed in diagrams "i" and "ii". The access to this sub-surface
compartment is located on a lower deck which sits at the base of
the backside of the super structure. This access lies under an
area comprised of a grate or wooden planking. There is a cluster
of blue barrels or bales along one edge of this grate area. Along
the other edge is a large, "hook-shaped" metal object used for
clamping or hooking onto something (see diagram) . There is alot of
work-related debris scattered across the top 'of this grate area.
This particular area has been purposely left greasy/dirty and
cluttered to further camouflage the access opening to the sub-deck

compartment. The access opening has been securely bolted/screwed
down with a water tight seal. The compartment beneath has a false
bottom/floor and is made to look like a storage bin/hold/bay.
Beneath this false floor is an extensive sub-level(s) which has
been densely packed with the aforementioned packages.
