E. SESSION SUMMARY:
The target vessel is currently located at estimated geographical
coordinates 15 N / 78 W. The vessel is currently at its halfway
point between its last port of call and its destination. It is
currently sailing on an easterly course towards the Windward
Passage and Puero Rico. The target vessel is not carrying a
significant amount of illegal drugs. However! a small amount of
drugs is stored in orange metal containers located in the aft
portion of the vessel. The word "Luck" surfaced phonetically to
help identify the vessel. Its name is comprised of a two-word
expression such as "Lady Luck/Lucky Nestle."
