E. SESSION SUMMARY:
The vessel contains a hollow compartment which is an addition
to the normal configuration of the ship (see diagrams). This
compartment is, or will be, sealed closed and hidden by loosely
stacked large woven sacks. These sacks have yellow characters
printed on them and contain a loose, granular material. They are
piled up within a fenced off area of the ship,. just forward of an
area that is oily, filthy, dark, loud and has a mechanical feel to
it. The fence/barrier resembles a wooden gate or corral. There
are brown paper bags with yellow printing and red bans somehow
associated with this area.
The compartment is surrounded by a substance that feels soft
but is thick; it fills up the space like foam but is more dense.
There are small, wrapped objects densely packed within the
compartment; they are really rammed in there. These are, in turn,
wrapped into groups or bundles. There are several layers of
protective covering. There is the impression that some of these
layers are used in an attempt to degrade or interfere with any
probing/sensing procedures.
There is the impression that the "work" related to the above
is finishing up very soon. The vessel needs some other legitimate
work performed but this may not be accomplished prior to the onset
of the planned activity.

There is a strange plate-like extension Which projects out
from the super structure. This extension appears to separate the
rear super structure into upper and lower sections. The bow area
has a blemished appearance. It has either chipped paint, dents or
some other damage. There is something unusual about the bow; it
looks wrinkled. This vessel appears "different" from overhead; I
can't explain it but it looks like there is more there than is
really there. The phonetics "NA" and "WA" were perceived.
