immediate movement by the target personality.
---Source 025 believed the target personality to be currently
located in Latakia, Syria. Source 025 also expressed an
associated interest in Libya.
---Source 079 believes the target personality to be located in
his native country; his ultimate objective is to help
implement (or be involved) in some type of land-based activity
against countries south of his native area especially the
United Arab Emirates. This activity could involve small groups
performing some type of (limited) attack. The purpose is
political, not economic/military in nature.
