a. Determine the current location of the target
personality identified for Project 92-26-0 (name enclosed in
project envelope). Describe readily recognizable and prominent
landmarks of geographical or historical significance, to
include specific area.
b. Describe the nature and purpose of the target
personality's current activity.
c. Describe the individuals with whom the target
personality is interacting.
B. PHASE III-b: Same as III-a; however, envelope with name
can be opened;

E. SESSION SUMMARY:
The target personality has black hair, dark skin, and brown eyes.
He has a thin physique. He is currently located in a fairly cold
climate which is at a land/water interface. A high rise apartment
building is at the site. The individual is in associated with a
small group of people. This group markets illegal devices and
consists of mostly men to include one woman.
The target personality is currently in trouble. He is struggling
because a past event has forced him away from his original
location. He is worried, stressed, and hurt. If this individual
is not already dead, death is imminent. The purpose, at this
point, is to save the individual from harm. Two locations were a
result of this session. Newfoundland, Canada or Algiers, Algeria.
