SUBJECT: Interim Summary for Project 92-26-0 (92003) (U)
1. (S/NF) This project was conducted in two phases. The purpose
of Phase I was to describe the target personality and the
individual's surroundings. Phase II was conducted to\determine
the nature of the near term significant activity?l involving the
target personality as well as the location of the activity. The
name of the target personality was not provided to the sources in
either of the phases conducted to date. The project was conducted
on 12 March 1992, 16 March 1992 and 23 March 1992 respectively and
provided substantially the following information:
