Approved For Release 2000/08/08 :CIA-RDP96-007898001001490001-6 13 JAN 92 MEMO FOR: CH, ODT-S SUBJECT: PROJECT 92-2 - PHASE I (U) 1. (S/NF) On 3 January 1992, ODT-S was tasked to determine and describe the nature of a target contained in a sealed envelope and stored in Security Container Number 10, ODT-S. Encrypted coordinates 503164/194865 were obtained from a random generator for optional use by the sources. 2. (S/NF) Sources substantially described the target area as some sort of subterranean enclosure, a tunnel, located among high, flat-topped hills near water. The entrance to the tunnel was rectangular. The target itself appeared to be a form of intense energetics characterized by the colors red/blue/purple. The activity related to the target seemed shrouded in secrecy and involved the processing of the energy form. 3. (S/NF) OPERATIONAL COMMENTS: If forced to further characterize the nature of the target, the undersigned would define the energy as possibly nuclear. Time permitting, ODT-S should probably task ODT-S sources to describe the nature and application of the energy source. pproved For Release 2000/08/08 :CIA-RDP96-007898001001490001-6 Approved For Release 2000/08/08 :CIA-RDP96-007898001001490001-6 ~ E ~ ~ I tom' f~i ~~ ~ ~ t~ 1 [~..6' C'?,_..t- E--!
