EVALUATION DATA: E. Viewer's Estimate : Evaluator's Estimate : SESSION SUMMARY: The target is a man. He thinks of himself as a "cowboy" type and has a large moustache. Some one has told him recently that "You're no friend of mine". He is associated with objects which are "really big" and reminiscent of horns. The target's movements parallel my own; what that means I have no idea. The concept of "Data Systems vs. Record Recordings" was perceived (?). The target is associated with a major "site" in Lebanon. An old car blows it up (the site [?]) and there is the concern of how one gets away from it. There is the front portion of a car/boat/plane visible above either the water surface or the ground/mud. The individual appears to "hover" over and around the vehicular object. There were the concepts of smoke, dust, chaos and anarchy associated with the target. There were also strong associations of "French" and "Mid Eastern" with the target. Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789RO01001130001-5
